Event Pricing
Many MBDC events are included with membership benefits; however, event fees are used when necessary to cover venue costs, catering, logistics, staffing, or premium experiences.
Typical event pricing includes:
Standard Rally: $100 per vehicle
Standard Car Meet / Show: $50 per vehicle
Full Members receive access to these standard events without additional event fees.
Enthusiast Members receive one event per month included and a 50% discount on additional event fees.
Premium events, including track days, luxury dining experiences, overnight trips, and specialty activations, may require separate participation fees regardless of membership tier.
Event Commitment Guarantee
MBDC is committed to providing consistent value and engagement for its members throughout the driving season.
The club will host an average of no fewer than two (2) official member events per month during each operating season.
The standard operating season is expected to run from June through December. Due to the club's launch schedule, the 2026 season is anticipated to operate from mid-July through December.
Official events may include:
Destination rallies
Car meets and showcases
Watch parties
Networking events
Seasonal celebrations
Club gatherings hosted at Interstate Motorsport
Other approved member experiences
In the event that MBDC does not achieve its minimum average of two (2) official events per month during a season, affected members may receive a membership credit, event credit, or other compensation as determined by club leadership.
This policy is intended to ensure that members receive meaningful value from their membership while allowing flexibility for circumstances outside of the club's control, including weather, venue availability, safety concerns, and other unforeseen events.
